Return Rights

According to US consumer protection laws, you have 30 days to return sleep and energy products purchased from brexalonaxkhak. The return period begins from the date you received the product.

Return Conditions

To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be in original condition and unused
• All original packaging and labels must be present
• The product must not be damaged or soiled
• The return must occur within 30 days of receipt

How to Return a Product

To return a product:

2. We will provide you with return instructions
3. Pack the product securely in the original packaging if possible

Return Costs

If the product is defective or if we sent the wrong product, we will pay the return costs. If you wish to return the product for another reason, you will pay the return costs yourself.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will:

• Process the refund within 14 days
• Refund the amount to the same payment method used for the purchase
• Notify you when the refund has been completed

Note that shipping costs are only refunded if the product is defective or if we sent the wrong product.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product or if the product does not match the description, contact us immediately. We will replace the product or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Digital Products

For digital products such as guides and programs, returns are only accepted if the product is defective or does not match the description. Due to the nature of digital products, standard return rights may not apply.
